San José State University is seeking a Transition Success Counselor to support Guardian Scholars students. Under the Director of the Guardian Scholars Program, you will provide non-clinical, academic and personal guidance to current or former foster youth and wards of the court, as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.
You will conduct one-on-one and group meetings, refer students to campus and community resources, and lead workshops for Guardian Scholars students.
