iCode Cambrian Park is looking for a passionate and energetic Instructor to inspire the next generation of innovators in San Jose, CA! In this role, you ll guide students through exciting coding, technology, and STEM concepts in a fun, hands-on learning environment. If you love working with kids and have a passion for technology, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Deliver engaging, curriculum-based coding and STEM instruction to students of varying age groups
• Facilitate hands-on projects involving programming, robotics, game design, and other technology topics
• Manage classroom environment to ensure a safe, positive, and productive learning experience
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to build confidence and skills
• Communicate student progress and updates to parents and school leadership
• Assist in setting up and maintaining equipment, software, and classroom materials

• Experience working with children or youth in an educational or mentorship setting
• Basic knowledge of coding languages such as Scratch, Python, JavaScript, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Enthusiastic, patient, and encouraging demeanor with young learners
• Ability to work part-time, including afternoons, weekends, or school break programs
• High school diploma required; coursework or degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Must pass a background check prior to employment
