Residential Advisor

In this role, you will supervise and mentor young adults during evening hours, promoting safety, structure, and positive behavior in dorms and common areas. You will enforce center rules, conduct headcounts and room checks, respond to incidents, and model professional conduct aligned with CSD's mission-driven, student-centered culture.

Working collaboratively with education and counseling teams, you will help students build life skills, meet program expectations, and progress toward self-sufficiency.
