San José Unified is seeking a Substitute Instructional Associate – Specialized (Special Education K–12) to provide instructional and behavioral support, helping students stay engaged and safe during staff absences. You will collaborate with teachers, adapt to general and special education settings, assist with IEP goals, and help create inclusive, orderly classrooms.
Applicants must complete 12th grade; background requirements under SB 848 will apply.
