About AAMS :

Aisling Academy for Medical Students (AAMS) is a structured online tutoring programme designed to support medical students through every phase of their degree. We offer small-batch, curriculum-aligned classes taught by medical graduates who understand the journey firsthand.

We are looking for qualified doctors and medical graduates to join our growing team of tutors. As a tutor at AAMS, you will conduct live online sessions for small batches of medical students in the subject we decide on (depending on your performance).

This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for doctors who want to contribute to medical education without a full-time commitment.

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree (mandatory)
• Strong command of at least one pre-clinical or clinical subject
• Comfortable conducting live online sessions
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment
• Good communication skills in English

• Flexible schedule weekend and evening sessions
• Pay per session (discussed and finalised during interview)
