Site Director

Kinder Care is seeking a Site Director for Miller Middle School to lead our before- and after-school program. The Site Director oversees daily operations, ensures licensing and safety compliance, manages staff scheduling and development, and builds strong relationships with families, school partners, and the community. This role designs age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities, monitors program quality and child outcomes, manages budgets and enrollment, and upholds Kinder Care's inclusive, nurturing culture while mentoring team members and supporting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the before- and after-school program at Miller Middle School
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach site staff
• Design and implement age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and school partners
• Monitor program quality, child engagement, and developmental outcomes
• Manage site budget, enrollment, and staffing levels
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Promote Kinder
• Care's inclusive, nurturing culture and behavior expectations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving at the site
