Email Marketing Specialist Job at Adecco US, Inc. in San Jose, CA.We're seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Program Specialist to plan, execute, and manage end-to-end lifecycle and multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-product, and direct mail). This role is key in partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Pay: $22.00–$26.00 an hour, DOE.
- Manage full-cycle email and multi-channel campaign processes: creative development, coding, localization, QA, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Build detailed project timelines and ensure on‑time delivery across stakeholders.
- Lead and analyze A/B testing and campaign performance with a data‑driven approach.
- Collaborate closely with Segment Marketing, Analytics, Data Ops, Creative, and Deployment teams.
- Define and track KPIs; communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in creative development alongside writers, designers, and developers.
- Estimate, track, and report on project timelines, budgets, and campaign effectiveness.
- Drive continuous optimization through agile testing and iteration.
- 1+ years of experience in B2C or B2B email and/or mobile marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns (SaaS preferred).
- Strong project management and execution skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in email creative best practices and campaign testing methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights and drive ROI improvements.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree a plus.
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
