Luther Burbank School District is a small, student-centered TK–8 school district located in the heart of San Jose, California. The Instructional Aide supports teachers and students by assisting with classroom instruction, small-group and individual student support, supervision, and the preparation of instructional materials.

Instructional Aides work collaboratively with teachers and staff to promote student achievement, positive behavior, and a welcoming school climate. Successful candidates demonstrate patience, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping students learn and grow.
