Kinder Care Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to coach and mentor staff, implement the company curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children. You will partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and education, and support center goals around enrollment and accreditation.
The role requires CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), active CDA or NAEYC candidacy, and 2–3 years of early childhood experience, with a preferred Bachelor's in ECE.
