Description

The School Partnerships Assistant Director leads the implementation, quality, and continuous improvement of Project Cornerstone's school-based programs. This position oversees program delivery and compliance with partnership agreements, MOUs, grant requirements, and organizational priorities; supports fidelity to program models and measurable results; and builds strong relationships with school and community partners to deliver meaningful, equitable outcomes for students and school communities.

SALARY RANGE: $30.00 - $35.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Build leadership capacity around fidelity while ensuring high-quality program implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate the quality and continuous improvement of school-based programs.
  • In collaboration with the Project Cornerstone Executive Director, translate MOUs, contracts, grants, and organizational priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Support the Executive Director with curriculum, lesson, and resource development, as needed.
  • Facilitate professional learning and workshops for educators, staff, parents, and other caring adults.
  • Provide reports that include but are not limited to PC performance against goals, school staff reports, site evaluation reports, volunteer evaluations, etc.
  • Collaborate across Project Cornerstone and the YMCA, including participating in work groups, to advance organizational priorities.
  • Support volunteer engagement and recognition activities, including planning and coordinating the annual Volunteer Celebration.
  • Support staff retreats, program events, and other organizational initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Three years of relevant experience.
  • Strong in facilitation, presentation, and curriculum development.
  • Excellent in communication, relationship building, organization, and managing multiple projects.
  • Bilingual/multilingual abilities are desirable.
