Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for a Land Acquisition Project Coordinator to be working for one of our large clients. In this role, you will manage land acquisitions for a fast‑moving program, track multiple ROW Agents workloads and progress, and consult with the client.
You will also provide effective, skilled project management to help our team deliver projects in a timely, cost‑effective manner.
- Working directly with the client
- Assist ROW Agents with land acquisition
- Oversee acquisition package preparation
- Maintain project files, database management, and respond to public inquiries
- 1‑3 years’ experience in land acquisition
- Proven experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Google Earth
- Experience with leading teams, coordinating meetings and tracking projects
- Capable of working independently and interfacing with teams consisting of varying disciplines
- College degree preferred

The base salary range for this position is $96,100.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
