- Lead a multidisciplinary aerospace development effort and drive day-to-day program execution
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate program resources
- Synchronize diverse technical teams by establishing tools, practices, and processes
- Participate in technical discussions, ask probing questions, and develop scopes, schedules, and solutions
- Track and report schedule, resource, cost, risk, and technical performance metrics
- Serve as the company's representative to customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor and ensure successful execution of managed contracts
- Support business development through proposals, RFI responses, customer engagement, and organic growth
- Foster organic growth on existing contracts and support captures of new contracts
- 5+ years relevant experience in program management
- B.S. in an engineering discipline required; M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
- Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time, to scope, with high quality
- Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems
- Ability to instantiate and manage integrated master schedules
- Expertise in modern, cloud-based productivity tools
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines
- Experience in vendor and contract management
Access to export controlled information requires U.S. person status, eligibility without export authorization, or eligibility and reasonable likelihood of obtaining required export authorization
Demonstrates expertise in program management, particularly in aerospace development, with a strong focus on delivering complete systems on time and within scope. Proficient in managing integrated master schedules and engaging stakeholders to foster business development and contract management.
