Jacobs invites experienced professionals to join our Project Management Team. As a Project Controls Analyst, you will be a key contributor to award‑winning projects, ensuring precise cost control, schedule management, and risk mitigation.

$89,100 – $119,000 per year.

• Partner with Project Managers to monitor project cost, schedule, risks, and opportunities.
• Proactively track and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours.
• Create client and internal status reports communicating schedule status and critical path.
• Develop and maintain productive cross‑discipline relationships within the project team.
• Apply advanced enterprise system platforms and data analysis solutions to support service excellence.

• 3–4 years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting.
• Construction experience on complex projects $25M and above preferred.
• Ability to build a schedule from scratch coordinating with engineering, project management, and construction.
• Strong ability to explain variances, delays, and monitor contractor schedules.
• Cost analysis and SAP experience is a bonus.

Local to the San Ramon, Oakland, San Jose, or Monterey area. Must be able to go to the office as needed.
