An aerospace company in San Jose, California is seeking a flight test engineer to assist in preparation for Development and FAA Certification test plans. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in developmental flight tests and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering. Proficiency in data analysis tools and excellent communication skills are essential. This position requires a willingness to travel and the ability to obtain an FAA medical certificate.

The target pay range is $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
