Responsibilities
- Assure compliance with requirements defined by internal procedures, customer specifications, and the quality system
- Support programs by using your technical background to review data packages for compliance with requirements and support customer visits to facilitate selling-off products
- Audit processes/areas using your knowledge of ESD, FOD, 5s, and quality system requirements
- Review and Create First Article Inspection (FAI) reports in compliance with AS9102
- Apply knowledge of basic quality systems and requirements, corrective actions, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and root cause/failure analysis reporting to solve problems and improve processes
- Evaluate/investigate and respond to customer concerns in a thorough and timely manner. Use knowledge of requirements to disposition non-conforming material and assess effectiveness of resulting action items
Qualifications
You Must Have:
- B.S. Degree in Electrical or Process Engineering with no work experience OR B.S. in other Engineering Degree with 6 months experience.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. To be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as they will be required to interface with engineers, customers, government agencies, etc.
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain & maintain a US DoD Security Clearance
- Strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Salary Range
: $69,805.00 - $87,285.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
