Hardware Design Engineer – High-Speed PCB & FPGA Boards
We are seeking a Hardware Design Engineer with hands-on experience in high-speed PCB design and FPGA board development. This role focuses on first-silicon board design, ATE characterization platforms, and lab bring-up/debug of complex hardware systems.
This is an onsite opportunity working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to support next-generation adaptive and high-performance computing platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design high-speed PCB boards from schematic to layout using industry-standard EDA tools
- Develop and support ATE and characterization boards for silicon validation
- Perform board bring-up, debugging, and root cause analysis in a lab environment
- Design and validate Power Distribution Networks (PDN) including multiphase power regulation
- Collaborate with product, validation, qualification, and manufacturing teams
- Support signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis and optimization
- Contribute to first-silicon hardware delivery and system-level integration
- Strong experience in high-speed PCB design and schematic development
- Proficiency with Cadence Allegro and Capture CIS
- Experience in ATE board development or characterization hardware
- Hands-on lab experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and debug tools
- Understanding of FPGA or SoC board architecture
- Experience with PDN design and power regulation circuits
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with Advantest T2000 or Teradyne 93K platforms
- SI/PI simulation experience using Sigrity, Ansys Siwave, or HFSS
- Python, C, or C++ scripting exposure
- Experience with thermal validation or automated test systems
