Hardware Engineer; junior

Are you currently working on high-speed PCB design, board bring-up, or ATE hardware development
, supporting first silicon or FPGA/ASIC platforms?

I’m hiring for a Hardware Development Engineer (Junior) role with a leading semiconductor company. This position supports the development of first silicon hardware boards, backend test components, and ATE platforms for advanced adaptive computing products.

• High-speed PCB schematic and layout design (Cadence Allegro / Capture CIS)
• Development of ATE and characterization boards (Advantest T2000 / Teradyne 93K preferred)
• First silicon bring-up, board debug, and root cause analysis in lab environments
• Power Distribution Network (PDN) design and multiphase power regulation
• Signal & Power Integrity validation (Sigrity, Siwave, HFSS is a plus)
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, qualification, characterization, and NPI teams
• Lab-based debug using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and test instrumentation

• Experience supporting FPGA, ASIC, or high-performance silicon platforms
