Job TitleSenior Systems Engineer
Job DutiesDesign and develop hardware for indie’s Camera Video Processor SoCs for device bring‑up and evaluation. Work on applications at the system level, including devices, software, and peripheral circuits, and design the solution. Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues during debugging. Design system solutions through architecture, device, and hardware development, and provide hardware and system‑level technical support for indie’s Camera Video Processor (System‑on‑Chip) SoCs.
Contribute to product definition and development from a systems and hardware point of view. Execute and roll out hardware designs for all users. Evaluate and qualify product designs for mass‑market production. Communicate technical concepts and project status to internal and external stakeholders, and support collaboration with hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of camera systems.
Master of Science or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related.
Required Experience12 months as System Engineer, System Architect Manager or related occupation.
AdditionalMinimum Requirements
- Embedded software programming using C and Python;
- Hardware design in high-speed systems, analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting;
- Electronic measurement equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers;
- Semiconductor device design, New Product Introduction (NPI).
40 hours/ week. Job site San Jose, CA. Salary $156,853/ year. EOE
