  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
  • Act as a technical lead in customer discussions to understand unique mission needs and constraints.
  • Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions that fit current capabilities, staffing, and schedules.
  • Drive trade studies and present technical approaches to customers and internal leadership.
Execution & Communication

  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Strong system-level understanding of spacecraft electrical architectures (power, avionics, interfaces, payload electronics).
  • Proven ability to translate high-level requirements into executable engineering plans.
  • Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders on technical solutions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with comfort presenting to executives.
Preferred
  • Prior experience as a technical manager, engineering lead, or director.

  • Experience driving cross-functional process improvements.
Why Join Us
  • Lead the electrical direction of next-generation spacecraft platforms.
  • Shape engineering culture, processes, and technical architecture.
  • Work directly with customers and executives on mission-critical systems.
