* Job Duties:

*** Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis.
* Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
* May serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.
* Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
* Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
* Communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements.
* Communicate project information through presentations, technical reports, or white papers.
* Develop and approve project plans, schedules, or budgets.
* Use spreadsheets and in-house systems to track issues and action items.
* Create schedules and milestones and drive development activities to meet the schedules.
* Collect the data from the customer and development teams to deliver the milestones and results.
* Present milestones and results in key customer meetings and internal reviews to customers and senior leadership.
* Some telecommuting permitted.

* Qualifications:

*** Master’s degree in Information Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
* Lead cross-functional project coordination to ensure alignment of multi-disciplinary teams with evolving customer requirements through structured requirement analysis, stakeholder engagement, and iterative feedback integration within defined project scope, schedule, and resource constraints
* Knowledge of Electronic Design Automation (EDA), including formal verification, low power sign off, Engineering Change of Order (EC), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) such as reinforcement learning
* Develop project plans and closely monitor schedules across teams utilizing Microsoft Office suite, Teams, and One Drive
* Present milestone results at key customer meetings and internal reviews
* Manage and release AI/ML related products
* Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies to lead development sprints and iterative delivery cycles within technical teams
* KPI tracking tool knowledge for reporting and analytics, risk management and documentation.

The annual salary range for California is $162,578 to $213,200. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
