Description
Assist in applications development: prepare samples, perform analytical tests, record data and observations, prepare summaries of experiments.
- Perform die bonding application manually and automatedly.
- Troubleshoot basic process issues and escale appropriately.
- Perform parameter optimization and failure analysis.
- Handling microscopic components; use of microscopes, tweezers, vacuum tools.
- Process documentation, basic troubleshooting, maintaining repeatability and yield.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
1+ years of industry experience in a related field.
- Technical certification or degree in related field.
- One or more of the following:
Materials testing background, experience working with metals, QC background, lab experience. - Basic computer skills:
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to log process data. - Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as Minitab is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, communicate effectively.
- Hands‑on, good time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail; focus on process control, documentation, maintaining quality.
- Able to stand, reach, use fine tools; occasionally lift small weights or handle assemblies.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
