A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will lead and support the execution of complex high‑voltage EPC and OEM energy infrastructure projects, including High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) and grid access solutions. You will be accountable for coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, EHS, and quality, while acting as a key interface to customers and internal stakeholders.
From detailed project planning and risk management through cost control, contract administration, and performance reporting, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with technical, contractual, and quality requirements. In this role, you will play a critical part in achieving successful project outcomes and long‑term customer satisfaction. Preferably, this position will initially be site‑based in San Jose, California, supporting the delivery and commissioning of critical high‑voltage equipment for a major HVDC project.
The role is pivotal to ensuring safe and successful execution in line with customer technical specifications and contractual commitments. Upon successful project completion, the role will be transitioned to the Siemens Energy Grid Technologies office in Raleigh, North Carolina to continue delivery of other projects.
