Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform signal integrity and power integrity simulation for high-speed PCB and package to enhance the EMC performance of devices

Conduct EMC measurement and analysis for the automotive Ethernet product to correlate the simulation results and understanding

Develop and maintain channel and device models (S-parameters, IBIS-AMI) for high-speed interfaces

Correlate simulations with measurements using VNA, TDR, spectrum analyzer, and lab EMC measurement

Review and drive SI/PI sign-off for internal high-speed PCB design

Define stack-up, material selection, and design guidelines for PCB and package

Collaborate with IC design teams to define the EMC specification of the new product

Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed1+ years of work experience in high-speed SI/PI and EMC-related fields

Major in high-speed SI/PI and EMC-related field

Experience with simulation software Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADSFamiliar with lab equipment, VNA, TDR, and high-speed oscilloscope

Experience in high-speed digital system design, including PCB and package

Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission line, and antenna theory

Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit

Hands-on proficiency with Python and Matlab for automation and data analysis#We Are In  for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
