Location: San Jose, CA
Based in our San Jose office, you will develop and deliver training on industrial photolithography products. Your responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, partnering with customers and internal members to implement training, and maintaining equipment in clean rooms and training facilities to ensure availability for training and demonstrations.
Your Impact- Conduct user training on Photolithography products both in‑house and at customer sites
- Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer courses covering operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation of Canon photolithography equipment
- Develop new internal and external technical materials
- Revise existing materials to maintain accuracy
- Verify technical procedures to support field service technicians and customer needs
- Provide detailed presentations on technical topics
- Operate and maintain the training facilities and equipment, preparing instructional sites in the San Jose facility
- Participate in discussion groups to share technical information and improve the knowledge of less experienced colleagues
- Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback on current programs and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and maintenance; photolithography experience preferred
- Prior experience as a technical trainer preferred
- Up to 50% travel within the US required; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Power Point
The work requires close visual acuity, including reading, visual inspection of small parts, use of measurement devices, and assembly or fabrication at close distances. The environment includes office and cleanroom settings, wearing full cleanroom suits, facemasks, gloves, and safety glasses.
CompensationAnnual base salary range: $70,310 – $103,770.
