Product Introduction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced NPI Program Manag
er to support new product introduction efforts for advanced hardware products. This role will focus on driving execution around board builds, silicon readiness, engineering orders, validation support, and cross-functional hardware development mileston
es.

This is a strong fit for someone with a background in hardware development, electronics manufacturing, silicon/board lifecycle, engineering build coordination, and technical program managem
ent.

In this role, you will manage board and silicon order execution across the NPI lifecycle. You will work closely with design, validation, planning, operations, manufacturing, and fulfillment teams to ensure engineering builds stay aligned with product development and release milestones.

• Manage board and silicon order execution across the full NPI lifecycle.
• Align engineering demand with prototype builds, board bring-up, validation needs, and development milestones.
• Partner with design, validation, planning, operations, and manufacturing teams to manage priorities, constraints, and readiness plans.
• Track material availability, component readiness, supply risks, and technical dependencies that may impact build or validation schedules.
• Coordinate board and silicon orders supporting prototype builds, lab validation, qualification milestones, and production ramp readiness.
• Lead readiness reviews covering supply status, build readiness, technical risks, validation dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
• Improve order management processes, including build planning, status reviews, escalation paths, and change control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in hardware development, electronics manufacturing, NPI, or technical program management.
• Experience managing board or silicon order execution for engineering builds, validation activities, or hardware development schedules.
• Strong understanding of board development, silicon lifecycle, validation flows, and NPI processes.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, change management, and cross-functional execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with engineering, operations, manufacturing, and validation teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• PMP certification.
• Experience supporting embedded systems, semiconductor, hardware, or advanced computing product environments.
• Background improving processes for engineering order management, build tracking, or NPI execution.
