Overview
A rapidly growing aerospace technology company is seeking a Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer to join a highly collaborative hardware team developing next-generation spacecraft systems.
Job details:
Salary $186,000 - $225,000 per year. Relocation Bonus Available.

- Design and develop spacecraft electrical systems
- Create schematics and PCB layouts
- Perform board bring-up and debugging
- Execute validation testing and root-cause analysis
- Build and evaluate hardware prototypes
- Collaborate with software, systems, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
- Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence
- 5-10 years of electrical hardware engineering experience
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
- Experience designing and debugging complex electronic systems
- PCB design and schematic capture experience
- Board bring-up and validation expertise
- Experience with embedded systems and hardware/software integration
- Familiarity with SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and Ethernet
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced engineering environment
- Altium experience
- FPGA exposure
- Space, robotics, automotive, medical device, or advanced hardware backgrounds
- Linux familiarity
- Python scripting experience
