About the Role

We are looking for an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high‑performance analog/mixed‑signal circuits in our compute‑in‑memory architecture. This role offers hands‑on experience in advanced silicon design.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits
  • Perform transistor‑level simulations using industry‑standard tools
  • Support silicon validation, test chip bring‑up, and performance measurements
  • Work closely with the analog team to analyze and improve circuit performance
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Master"s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong foundation in analog circuit theory, device physics, and CMOS design
  • Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE
  • Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, signal generators) is a plus
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to work in a lab or simulation environment
