Product Development Engineer

Micron Technology seeks a Mobile DRAM Test Engineer to support LPDDR DRAM projects, traveling up to 50% internationally and domestically.

• Provide technical communication support in person and in a timely manner.
• Manage ongoing LPDDR DRAM projects between business partners and Micron.
• Perform electrical analysis in Micron’s Lab and business partner’s Lab using internal engineering testers and measurement tools.
• Collaborate with various engineering groups to resolve process/defect related issues.
• Develop high‑quality, cost‑effective mobile DRAM testing strategies and support product characterization and electrical fault analysis.
• Define and secure necessary test fixtures for memory and system testing with test engineering teams.
• Use statistical tools (JMP, Perl) for detailed data analysis on product, data parsing, and analysis to improve yields, test times and product quality.
• Operate oscilloscope and logic analyzer, and utilize Copilot AI tool.
• Write system control scripts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LPDDR DRAM testing and related tools.
• Proficiency in using JMP, Perl for data analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with oscilloscope and logic analyzer.
• Ability to write system control scripts.
• Strong communication and liaison skills.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $145,205 – $193,000.
