Senior Electrical Engineer

I am partnering with a rapidly growing defense technology company developing next-generation autonomous systems and advanced hardware solutions. As the organization expands its Silicon Valley presence, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a highly collaborative engineering team focused on designing and deploying mission-critical technology.

This role will initially be fully remote. The successful candidate will transition to a hybrid/in-office schedule once the company establishes its San Jose office location.

• Design, develop, and validate electrical systems and hardware for advanced technology products.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and supporting electrical documentation.
• Perform circuit analysis, component selection, and system integration activities.
• Support prototype development, testing, debugging, and design verification.
• Support transition from prototype development to production.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience designing and developing complex electrical hardware systems.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools.
• Hands‑on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
