Head of Airjet Product Marketing

Frore Systems is looking for a Head of Air Jet Product Marketing, to lead the positioning, promotion and go-to-market launches of Air Jet. This position reports directly to the VP/GM of Air Jet, Frore Systems.

Frore Systems, an innovative startup in Silicon Valley, CA has developed a new disruptive solid-state active cooling solution, Air Jet ® , based on flexible micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS). Air Jet ® by Frore Systems is the world’s first solid-state active cooling chip, delivering >2x improvement in performance of ultra-compact, silent, dustproof, water-resistant and vibration free devices. In a world where almost every device we own needs increasing power, heat is an enduring challenge.

The problem is rapidly escalating as technology advances, AI accelerates, and users demand more speed and convenience in smaller and smaller devices which generate more and more heat.

The markets that benefit from Frore Systems Air Jet solid-state active cooling chip range from Notebooks, Tablets, mini-PCs, gaming devices, action cameras, VR, AR, SSD accessories and Smartphones to LED lighting, Industrial edge gateways, Industrial PCs, Security cameras, Dashcams and Automotive applications.

We are in the unique position of being first to market with an innovative solution to a large and rapidly growing industry challenge.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing leader with a strong technical background in Semi-conductors, Consumer devices and IoT.

As Head of Product Marketing, you will take worldwide responsibility for go-to-market planning and implementation. You will prioritize and target market segments where product attributes enabled by Frore’s solid-state active cooling create compelling value and new growth opportunities for our customers. You will develop go-to-market product positioning and messaging for the target markets articulating the Frore Air Jet value proposition. You will be responsible for enabling sales and customer engineering teams with decks, messaging and competitive insights.

You will own the Air Jet narrative, clearly communicating the value and benefit to customers, end-users and ecosystem.

• Gain a deep understanding of our products, our customers and end-users.
• Identify industries, market segments and products worldwide where Frore Air Jet would create clear differentiation. Prioritize based on TAM estimation and revenue projection data.
• Define target customers and buyer personas based on market and customer research
• Author value propositions, product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value, benefit and application of Air Jet.
• Plan and run go-to-market launches
• Enable Marketing, Sales and Customer Engineering with decks, data sheets and market insights
• Work closely with other key company functions such as Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Engineering to ensure pre and post sales success.

• 10+ years of experience with global responsibility in Product Marketing or Product Management, in the technology industry with a focus on B2B hardware with complex buying cycles.
• Experience in introducing new technology into worldwide markets.
• Proven track record of crafting enduring product positioning and messaging for stakeholders across the globe.
• Knowledge of thermal engineering is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to contribute individually plus build and lead high performing collaborative teams.

* In addition to Base Salary, total compensation includes a generous stock option grant and annual bonus.
