About the Role
Validate and optimize next‑generation optical modules/components supporting 50–448 Gbps+. Design module schematics, develop test plans, analyze performance data, and define final configurations.
Base salary range is $180,000 – $210,000 a year. Eligible for bonus, equity, and full benefits.
Responsibilities- Electrical/optical measurements
- Design/analyze optical/high‑speed electrical hardware
- Evaluate lasers, modulators, and receivers
- Develop and execute EV/DV test plans
- Failure analysis
- Cross‑functional collaboration
- BS EE (7+ years) or MS EE (5+ years)
- Analog, digital, RF, and optical analysis
- High‑speed test equipment
- Automation using Python, C, C++, MATLAB, and LabVIEW
