Our client, a leader in high‑speed transceiver technology, is seeking a Validation Engineer to join their team. As a Validation Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting silicon validation and characterization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Develop characterization and silicon validation plans for high-speed transceivers
- Define methodologies for characterization and validation of high-speed serial systems
- Characterize high-speed SERDES using automated flows and data analysis
- Create detailed characterization reports and analyze pre‑silicon versus silicon measurements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve capability, productivity, and quality
- Experience in characterizing PLL, CDR, TX/RX analog front‑end components
- Hands‑on laboratory experience with equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and BERTs
- Knowledge of transceiver electrical compliance testing (e.g., PCIE, IEEE 802.3, OIF‑CEI)
- Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and FPGA/SOC architectures
- Understanding of PCB schematic and layout design principles
