Test Engineer, Electronics Technician
The Production Engineering Specialist position will work with the engineering staff to test and troubleshoot hardware. They may develop test specifications, methods and modify diagrams, procedures and rework instructions on hardware. They may also prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommend solutions to technical problems. This hands‑on work will provide valuable experience for a future design engineer, product engineer or program manager.
Responsibilities- Work with production staff to perform and document testing of microwave hardware
- Perform and document tuning and test results on multi‑function thin film microwave integrated circuits (MICs)
- Work closely with manufacturing engineers, as part of a product team, providing feedback on modules and subsystem products
- Perform set‑up and calibration of the automated test station

Pay TransparencyThe hourly pay range for this position is $34.25 – $42.85. This salary information serves as a general guideline;

Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance is required. The position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware controlled by U.S. export laws.
MUST HAVE- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Proficient written and verbal skills
