* Manpower is partnering with a growing, well-established mechanical contractor to hire a  
** Commercial HVAC Project Manager** .

This is a high-impact role supporting  
** large-scale commercial projects** , including  
** data centers, healthcare facilities, corporate campuses, and educational buildings** .

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in  
** HVAC/mechanical construction** , is comfortable in  
** design-build environments** , and can confidently manage projects from  
** preconstruction through execution** .

** What Is the Job:*
* + Manage the full lifecycle of  
** commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects*
* + Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget

+ Perform  
** estimating, proposal development, and scope definition
** for new opportunities

+ Participate in  
** design-build collaboration** , including conceptual design input

+ Coordinate with internal teams including  
** engineering, construction, purchasing, and accounting*
* + Maintain strong relationships with  
** general contractors, clients, vendors, and subcontractors*
* + Manage project financials, including  
** budget forecasting and cost controls*
* + Prepare and manage  
** contracts, change orders, proposals, and project documentation*
* + Ensure projects meet  
** schedule, quality, and profitability targets*
* ** What is Needed:*
* + 5+ years of experience in  
** commercial HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing construction*
* + Strong background in:

+  
** Design-build project environments*
* +  
** Estimating and project costing (non-negotiable)*
* + Experience managing  
** tenant improvement and/or ground-up construction projects*
* + Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across  
** GCs, clients, and internal teams*
* + Strong communication and leadership skills in a  
** fast-paced environment*
* + Highly organized with the ability to manage  
** multiple projects simultaneously*
* ** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related field

+ Experience working on:

+ Data centers

+ Healthcare or large commercial facilities

+ Background with  
** union environments
** or mechanical contractors

+ Advanced education (MBA/PE) a plus, but not required
