Salary: $186,000 – $225,000 per year

A rapidly growing aerospace technology company is seeking a Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer to join a highly collaborative hardware team developing next-generation spacecraft systems.

• Design and develop spacecraft electrical systems
• Create schematics and PCB layouts
• Perform board bring‑up and debugging
• Execute validation testing and root‑cause analysis
• Build and evaluate hardware prototypes
• Collaborate with software, systems, mechanical, and manufacturing teams
• Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence

• 5-10 years of electrical hardware engineering experience
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
• Experience designing and debugging complex electronic systems
• PCB design and schematic capture experience
• Board bring‑up and validation expertise
• Experience with embedded systems and hardware/software integration
• Familiarity with SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and Ethernet
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced engineering environment

• Altium experience
• FPGA exposure
• Space, robotics, automotive, medical device, or advanced hardware backgrounds
• Linux familiarity
• Python scripting experience
