Micron Technology seeks an experienced engineer to manage and enhance LPDDR DRAM testing initiatives. The role involves collaboration with business partners and internal engineering teams to improve product quality, yield, and test coverage while supporting mobile DRAM development.

• Improve back‑end testing coverage and quality for Mobile DRAM products.
• Develop Mobile DRAM test strategies.
• Utilize statistical tools (JMP and Perl) for detailed product data analysis.
• Parse and analyze data to improve yields, reduce test times, and enhance product quality.
• Operate oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for failure analysis.
• Leverage Copilot (AI tool) and write system control scripts.
• Collaborate with test engineering teams to define and secure necessary test fixtures for memory and system testing.
• Support product characterization and electrical fault analysis using in‑house engineering equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in DrAM product development or a related occupation.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, including proficiency in JMP and Perl.
• Hands‑on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and test equipment.
• Experience writing system control scripts and using AI tools such as Copilot.
• Strong communication skills to serve as a liaison between business partners and Micron.
• Willingness to travel 50% internationally and domestically.

US base salary range: $145,205 – $193,000.
