Responsibilities:

• Work closely with current and potential partners to understand their technical/business roadmap and long‑term/short‑term requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to provide marketing guidance.
• Propose and define future product/business vision and strategy.
• Coordinate design and development of initial prototype/ proof‑of‑concept demo.
• Evaluate relevant market products and benchmark features.
• Perform detailed technical analyses and trend/challenge studies.
• Continuously research new technologies, ideas, concepts, and designs.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background in wireless communications and mobile networking.
• Experience in technical marketing and technology partnership development.
• Deep understanding of mobile phones and other networking endpoints.
• Experience supporting sales/business teams.
• Sensitivity to new technology/business ideas and concepts.
• Enthusiastic and engaging team player.
• Professional and polished communicator.

Requirements:

• BS/MP in engineering major; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years experience in wireless communications related industries.
• 3+ years experience in technology partnership and business development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
