Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.
Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities- Develop and implement tooling, process, product documentation/process instructions required for the PCBA and system manufacturing in the fast‑pace environment.
- Coordinate DOEs, PFMEAs and other process improvement related projects, and write reports.
- Must be detail‑oriented, team player, flexible and self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in interacting with team members and customers.
- Manage assignments with urgency and drive completion efficiently.
- Must possess ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Work in concert with the quality organization to ensure that customer requirements are implemented and met.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: configuring BOMs/routings for PCBAs/systems in accordance with product structure, standards and internal procedures; developing and implementing tooling and processes; MPIs development and shop travelers and submitting them through the ECO into Agile/Oracle environment.
- BS in Engineering discipline with a minimum of five years experience or equivalent in supporting PCBA processes.
- Working knowledge of automated pick‑and‑place machines, reflow oven profiling, stencil printing equipment, wave soldering and tooling design experience.
- Strong background in SMT processes and process development with the ability to serve as a technical representative.
- Familiarity with Box Build/System integration.
- Understanding of RoHS Directive, SPC, PFMEA, DOE and Lean manufacturing.
Salary Range (annual): $90,000 – $104,000. Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business, and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
