Technical Sales Engineer​/Distribution

Your Role

• Take ownership of the Infineon customer interface with an emphasis on managing the accounts and developing key relationships with customers and distribution partners
• Drive Infineon business at targeted accounts by working closely with several groups within Infineon to ensure success with the customer
• Understand customer systems and technical requirements to propose Infineon system solutions and value proposition to meet their needs
• Manage demand fulfillment, including integrity of demand creation registrations, tracking to budget targets, coordination of customer and field quality support, PCNs, logistics topics, forecasts, and management of issues and part shortages
• Conduct business management, progress tracking and reporting for defined customers with local distribution channel partners
• Support strategy development, business planning and goal setting for assigned accounts
• Leverage the organizational structure of direct and channel partner resources to serve the market
• Establish and develop relationships with customer engineering and commercial decision makers at focus customers while maintaining efficient communication with business lines and marketing
• Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and marketing peers to ensure seamless customer support coverage

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3 years+ of semiconductor experience
• Recent graduates welcome
• Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong time‑management skills that enable on‑time project delivery
• Organizational skills, fast/thorough response time through a structured approach
• Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to explain ideas and concepts
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Initiative and drive to deliver results

San Jose, CA:
Minimum of $78,100 per year / Maximum of $107,400 per year. In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
