Device Testing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands‑on testing of devices using standard and custom test setups.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, failures, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the engineering team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of reliability test procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy in data collection.
• Maintain testing lab and equipment in good working conditions.
• Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate test findings into design improvements.
• Support root cause analysis for device failures and suggest corrective actions.
• Support ReRAM device characterization, testing reports and reliability reports.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in programming with Python, C, and C# for test automation and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and reliability principles.
• Basic understanding of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation.
• Experience with testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, signal generator, multimeter).
• Proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $250,000 / year
