Sr. Optical Design Engineer
Responsible for modeling the optical trains in high-speed optical modules and performing optical component tolerance analysis. Works closely with the module team to design optical systems effectively.
Required Experience- Master’s or PhD in optical engineering, physics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in optical design and simulation using Zemax.
- Strong ability to test optical devices and analyze test data, with clear communication of results.
- Experience in passive and active micro‑optics, integrated photonic chips, and optical system testing (strongly preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MATLAB is a plus.
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects.
P40-USA-1: $85,000.00 - $
