Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects within the construction industry, specifically focusing on commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in electrical construction.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects in commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
