Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

• Develop and implement tooling, process, product documentation/process instructions required for the System Integration in the fast pace environment.
• Develop Manufacturing Process Instructions with sufficient details to support repeatable and consistent manufacturing process and train personnel responsible for product integration.
• Coordinate DOEs, PFMEAs, time study, and other process improvement related projects, and write reports.
• In concert with quality organization, ensures that customer requirements are implemented and met.
• Configure BOM's/routings in accordance with the product structure and submit/approve through the ECO in Agile system.
• Provide DFA/DFM feedback to customers and post build reports.
• Design the system integration line layout and equip line with required tooling and fixtures. Support new product introduction.

• BS Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with minimum 2+ years experience supporting system integration or equivalent
• The position requires working knowledge of Auto Cad, Solid Works, GD&T
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Must be detail oriented, team player, flexible and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required
• Candidates must be able to adapt quickly to changes, prioritize and execute multiple tasks in the fast pace environment.
• Familiar with Lean initiative. Lean Six Sigma certification and/or training desired.
• Familiar with the following industry standards: ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ANSI J STD 001, ANSI ESD 20/20.

Salary Range(annual): $85,000 - $109,000

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
