BAS Project Manager

We are a commercial MEP contractor that offers building automation, energy management, and more. We are looking for a BAS Project Manager to join our team.

• Lead BAS project teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals, including financial targets.
• Proactively identify and escalation of project issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Estimate and sell BAS construction projects and change orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Oversee procurement of materials and allocation of manpower for assigned BAS projects.
• Research and understand client needs: energy and water efficiency, system serviceability, short‑ and long‑term operational goals.
• Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, and equipment for BAS projects.
• Coordinate work schedules and resources with internal divisions and external stakeholders.
• Support sales initiatives, including participation in client meetings and site visits.
• Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, from concept to completion.
• Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams and clients.

• Hands‑on experience in Building Automation Systems.
• Experience with Automated Logic Controls, Tridium Niagara, and/or Distech Controls strongly preferred.
• Strong time‑management capabilities, juggling multiple client relationships and project priorities.
• Practical knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical controls, boilers, chillers, and overall building automation.
• Experience in energy management, building commissioning, and/or system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
