Mechanical Design Engineer (CREO or NX | Sheet Metal Design)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably for networking, telecom, or electronic hardware products.
• Strong experience with CREO or NX (mandatory).

• Electronic Enclosures / Chassis Design
• GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Tolerance Analysis (2D Stack-up)
• EMI/EMC Design Considerations
• Electro-Mechanical Packaging
• PCB Integration (IDF File Exchange)
• Design Reviews
• Design and develop networking systems, chassis, and electronic enclosures using CREO or NX.
• Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings with proper GD&T.
• Design sheet metal, plastic, and die-cast components for high-volume manufacturing.
• Perform 2D tolerance stack-up analysis for complex assemblies.
• Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC, safety, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
• Work closely with PCB/ECAD teams using IDF file exchange to resolve mechanical integration issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to resolve production and field issues.
• Participate in and lead peer and cross-functional design reviews.
