Senior Staff – Semiconductor Etch Process Engineer

As a Senior Staff – Semiconductor Etch Process Engineer in the Research & Development team, you will shape the future of technology by driving groundbreaking projects and bringing new ideas to life.

• Enable flash memory technology development success and manufacturing excellence.
• Lead dry etch process development and module integration.
• Conduct technology transfer for the etch module.
• Collaborate with integration engineers to develop and optimize integration flows, identifying and eliminating process defect sources.
• Design and execute experiments; interpret and extract insightful results from complex data sets to implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Potentially expand to full integration responsibilities.

• Master’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of semiconductor industry experience in dry etch process development.
• Experience in memory or logic technology etch module integration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced team environment.
• Self‑motivated and takes ownership of solving issues.
