Responsibilities
- Drive best-in-class yield performance across MOSFETS foundries
- Develop world-class benchmarking capability of yield improvement
- Ensure solid transition and ramp post R&D or foundry transfer to high-volume manufacturing
- Drive the enablement of reduction in the foundry non-conformances
- Support yield enhancement and capacity increase activities
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years related experience in semiconductor process engineering
- Experience in process integration for both Discrete and IC based MOSFET
- Experience in working with R&D and foundry operations
- Experience in managing SPC, control plan and FMEA
- Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor device and wafer processing
- Fundamental knowledge in statical data analysis and control methods
