KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an Electrical Engineer in San Jose, California.

Satellite servicing missions require autonomous robotic operations in orbit, including rendezvous and docking with client satellites in space. This position will support the production of avionics components used in satellite servicing vehicles and will rely heavily on electrical engineering and electromechanical assembly skills. This engineer will contribute directly to hands-on assembly efforts while working closely with design engineers and manufacturing partners.

The role will also help coordinate the efforts of on-site technicians to support production, testing, and integration activities.

this is a short-term contract position based in the San Jose, California area. The role will work closely on-site with manufacturing partners.

Hands-on experience with avionics design, assembly, testing, and analysis B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience Proficiency with electrical circuit theory and electrical manufacturing processes Must be a U.S. person due to ITAR regulations, including U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or designated asylee/refugee Willing and able to work from San Jose, CA Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift
