Archer Aviation is seeking a Senior Structural Analyst in San Jose, CA to lead stress analyses for all-electric aircraft structures. You will combine hand calculations with FEA using Nastran, Optistruct, Ansys, Abaqus and LS-Dyna to validate designs and support FAA airworthiness.
Mentorship and cross‑discipline collaboration are part of the role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aircraft/spacecraft structures, a degree in engineering, and strong fatigue/damage tolerance experience.
