Altera is seeking an experienced Package Reliability Engineer in San Jose, CA to characterize and qualify advanced 2.5D/3D semiconductor packages. You will partner with development and manufacturing teams to ensure thermomechanical reliability and drive lifetime predictions using FEM tools.
You will lead DFMEA/FMEA activities, develop customer reports, and ensure compliance with JEDEC/MIL-STD/IPC/AEC standards, working on FPGA-related packaging challenges.
